The Hamilton family from Aughnamullen recently presented €12, 662 to the Ballybay Cancer Society, which they raised at a recent poker classic in memory of John Hamilton. Speaking on behalf of Ballybay Cancer Society, committee member Sally McAviney said, “We are most grateful to the Hamilton family for this amazing contribution, and I can assure them that every penny will be spent locally helping people cancer patients and their families”.
