“Supporting Parents in a Pandemic”
Eleanor will be delivering a webinar aimed at supporting parents to further develop their Pandemic Parenting Toolkit. We will look at the unique challenges of parenting during a pandemic such as online/at-home learning, missing social connection, juggling working from home with parenting full-time, and the difficult emotions which come along with this for both parents and little ones! In this webinar we will focus on building self-care practices for all of the family, coping with the big emotions, creating and maintaining meaningful connections with your children, and how to find the “fun” with at-home learning. There is a heavy load being carried by parents across the country right now, and this webinar will look at ways to make that load a little lighter.
