Well known Drumhowan native Noel Duffy has over the first 20 days in June has been undertaking to walk virtually 420km from Monaghan to Mizen Head. This week he is virtually in Co. Cork. All the funds raised go to the Irish Heart Foundation and the Acute Stroke Unit in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. He is doing this in Memory of his later mother Nan Duffy who died as a result of a stroke in November 2018.
