Ballybay Monaghan Ireland

Ballybay Tidy Towns committee have expressed concern about the location and use of the recycling bins at the Town Park. Lately the bin area is becoming a litter blackspot as when the bins are full people still leave waste which in turn encourages more dumping. Locals have suggested putting up cameras' however cameras were erected in the past and were then vandalised. The Tidy Towns committee have requested a meeting with the environmental section of Monaghan County council to discuss what can be done.
