The community work and excellence of everything undertaken by all Latton based organisations and individuals is surely worthy of the Monaghan honour and indeed much greater awaits the Monaghan nominees. Judging will commence at Derrygooney Community Centre, with a presentation to the judges, followed by a tour to The Senator Billy Fox Memorial Park, Bawn Housing and Handball Club. They will then travel via Lacken Bridge and The Five Crosses to Latton Resource Centre and this will be followed by a display by all groups and organisations in the O'Rahilly G.A.A. Centre. All parishioners and friends are invited to attend for 11.30am sharp. The event will conclude with entertainment and complementary lunch for all attending. This is a great occasion for the Aughnamullen West parish, so everyone is requested to help have everything looking its best -hedges trimmed, flowers in place and be in attendance in Latton G.A.A Centre for 11.30am on Tuesday next to really show how PROUD OF OUR PLACE we are.
