Tales from the Riverside Farm Monday 16th July 11am-12pm Should you ever be in fear, call three times & I will hear’! Have you ever heard of a hedge sprite? No! Well then let me tell you all about them. Hedge sprites are nothing like those bossy fairies, who spend their days collecting old teeth and making a nuisance of themselves. Hedge Sprites spend their days mixing magical potions that make all the flowers smell wonderful. Come along to this fun and engaging storytelling session on farm safety. From slurry to safety signs to finding out about animal behaviour. For children aged 4+ Scribble Bots Workshops Monday 23rd July 2-5pm A scribble bot is made from simple materials and moves in unusual ways using a vibrating motor. Children will learn how to create their own mini robots that can race across the floor or draw pictures. They get to take their creations home. For children 8-12 years Turn Unused Books Into Beautiful Flowers Workshop Monday 30th July 2-4pm Are you a die-hard bookworm with many old books in your house? When your bookshelf has reached its limit, you are probably wondering what to do with your old and unwanted books.
