Summer Reading Challenge

It’s near that time of the year again, the children will be rushing out the school doors ready to chill out for the summer holidays and what better way to relax than with a good book in their hands. It is very simple, just pop into the library to sign up and then let the challenge commence, which is to read any 6 books during July-August and is open to all primary school children. This is a great way to keep children reading during the summer, and it is easier in September when they have to hit the books again at school. The Summer Reading challenge has proven to help children with their children whilst out of school
