Emmet Mc Aviney was to start his Malin to Mizen Run in aid of Barnardos on 28th June however due to injury Emmet has had to postpone the run until next year. Speaking to the Ballybay News Emmet said, “I am hugely disappointed that I can’t complete this run for a very worthy cause, but I will be back next year stronger than ever. If anyone who has donated would like a refund, please contact me directly and I will arrange same. See ye all in summer 2024. Thanks”.
