JAP POINTS THE WAY

39 year old Paul ‘Jap’ Finlay put in a man of the match performance last Saturday evening as Ballybay seen of the challenge of former All Ireland champions Crossmaglen Rangers. The last time Ballybay played in Ulster Paul missed the game as he was on his honeymoon. The reward for the victory is a quarter final against the reigning All Ireland champions and to add a wee bit of spice – the current Ballybay manager Jerome Johnston just happens to have 3 sons on that team. Check out the sports pages for a match report from the Athletic Grounds and a preview of this weekends big game.
