Drumhowan GAA were delighted once again to be part of the Irish Life Every Step Counts challenge in partnership with the GAA Community & Health department. This challenge was in support of club and community members getting active in January and February. This started on Wednesday 7th January and finished on Wednesday 11th February. 8317.2km was completed by the 36 participants which meant we finished in 99th place out of the 288 clubs in Ulster that took part. Each participants walked an average of 231km. It also means that Drumhowan will be in with a chance of winning €2,500.
