ST MARY’S CHURCH LATTON -GRAVEYARD EXTENSION ENTRANCE

It is hoped that work will soon commence on the graveyard extension. Looking at the church, to the left on what is traditionally known as the “women’s side”, the graveyard extension will be in the next field, parallel to the existing women’s side graveyard. Entry to the new graves must be gained through the hedge that divides the existing graveyard and the graveyard extension.
Currently there is one plot which is deemed vacant adjacent to this hedge. The architect in charge has identified this as a proposed suitable pedestrian entry to the graveyard extension. Specifically, the plot is located to the very left of the graveyard on the women’s side along the hedge.  It is currently marked out, if anyone would like to view.
