WATER STATION IN DRUMHOWAN

The club has taken a major step toward local environmental sustainability with the installation of a new public water refill station at the club grounds this past week. Located on the corner of the walking track as you head up to the training pitch, the facility was delivered under the Community Climate Action Programme, which is funded by the Government of Ireland and administered locally by Monaghan County Council. By reducing reliance on single-use plastics and promoting sustainable habits at a grassroots level, the new facility aligns with national efforts to support community-led climate action.
